The hotel provided ample sun beds near the 7 swimming pools. entertainment for various age groups was available for free. the hotel maintained quiet zones for relaxation. We loved the pool, but the view was amazing!
The resort was to be undergoing a transition of management. some staff did not seem very interested in helping. It was a little bit annoying. the heat was almost unbearable in open areas due to the lack of fans. i couldn't really enjoy the outdoor bars, lounges..

charmed by the beachfront views
prompt valet super clean housekeeping helpful staff
the valet service was prompt, and the housekeeping kept everything super clean. the buggy drivers were always available for transport around the extensive resort. i found dolly, elom, and prakash at the reception to be particularly helpful, clearly explaining the resort amenities.
The check-in process was busy, but the staff tried to assist us as quickly as possible. I felt it was understaffed for the volume of guests arriving at that time. a dedicated express check-in lane might improve the experience. it was still charming though.

The hotel features a beachfront location with crystal-clear waters. The beach includes fine white sand. the resort maintains a relaxing and peace all around. This adds greatly to its charm. i found easy access to many amenities.

Our family room offered plenty of space and beautiful sea views. It was also very clean. i particularly appreciated the large bed. the bathroom included both a separate bathtub and a shower cubicle. It also had double sinks, very convenient.
